Privacy Policy

This page explains what information is collected when you use peirsoninspections.com, how it's used, and the choices you have. The short version: information is collected only to provide inspection services and improve this website, it is never sold, and you can ask what's held about you — or ask for it to be deleted — anytime by emailing kyle@peirsoninspections.com.

Information collected

Contact and booking information. When you book an inspection, call, text, or email, you provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, and the property address — used to schedule and perform your inspection and deliver your report. Online booking and report delivery are handled through Spectora, our inspection software platform, under their own privacy practices.

HomeCare portal accounts. If you create a Peirson HomeCare client account, we store your name, email, phone number, property address, and your home's assessment information — scores, findings, action items, and visit history — so you can view your dashboard. This data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, protected by account-level access controls so each client can only view their own property. Portal pages contain no advertising or analytics tracking.

Website analytics. This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and general (non-precise) location. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools without affecting your use of the site.

How information is used

To schedule and perform inspections, deliver reports, operate HomeCare accounts and send related service emails (such as score updates and visit reminders), respond to your questions, and improve this website. We do not sell personal information. If you join our free seasonal reminder list (or are a client who hasn't opted out), you'll receive a handful of home-maintenance reminder emails per year and occasional service updates — every one includes a working one-click unsubscribe link, honored promptly.

Service providers

Limited information is shared with the providers that run parts of this operation: Spectora (booking, payments, and report delivery), Supabase (portal database and logins), Resend (service email delivery), Netlify (website hosting), and Google (analytics and business email). Each processes data only to provide their service. Termite/WDO inspections are performed by Craddock Pest Control LLC, who receive the property information needed to perform that service.

Outside links

This site links to outside websites — including an affiliate link to Jaspr air purifiers, through which Peirson may earn a commission at no cost to you, as disclosed where the link appears. Outside sites operate under their own privacy policies.

Retention, security, and your choices

Inspection records are retained as required for business and legal purposes. Portal accounts and their data are kept while your account is active. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored information, though no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. You may request a copy of the personal information held about you, corrections to it, or deletion of your portal account and its data by emailing kyle@peirsoninspections.com or calling/texting 270-681-0756.

Children

This site and its services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes and contact
