HomeCare visits are educational maintenance reviews — a licensed inspector's trained eye on the places homes fail first, explained in plain language. They're friendly, not pass/fail: no systems torn apart, no transaction pressure, just an honest yearly read on your home (that focused scope is also why a checkup costs $275 instead of $375). Every checkup produces a dated, photo-documented record of your home's condition by a state-licensed inspector. When an insurance claim, a warranty dispute, or a future sale asks "how has this home been maintained?" — you won't be answering from memory. You'll have years of professional documentation, scores, and photos in your portal. And catching a developing roof, drainage, or crawlspace issue at year one instead of year four is routinely the difference between a repair and a renovation.
